How to arrange a visit
You can schedule a visit anytime online through the member portal, or by calling our Member Experience team directly. When scheduling, let us know how many hours you need, the specific tasks or activities you’d like help with, and your destination if you are requesting a transportation visit.
To ensure that a Papa Pal is available exactly when you need them, it's important to schedule your visit in advance, just like you would for any other appointment. This allows for a smoother coordination of schedules and helps avoid any last-minute hiccups. For ongoing needs, you can set up recurring visits, further simplifying the scheduling process.
If your visit runs longer or shorter than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, there's no need for you to take any action. We will record the total time spent with your Papa Pal.
Adjusting or canceling your visit
Plans change, and we make it easy to modify or cancel your scheduled visits. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or major adjustments so we can notify your assigned Papa Pal. You can update your booking directly by logging into your member portal and selecting the option to reschedule or cancel your visit. This option to cancel is accessible at any point, with the exception of the hour leading up to your visit or if the Papa Pal is already on the way to your visit. Alternatively, you can give our Member Experience team a call to have a representative assist you over the phone.

If you've opted into our SMS services, you can also manage your booking through the link sent in your visit reminder messages. To turn on these text reminders at any time, simply text START to 305-424-2995. Please keep in mind that visits can be managed online or in the app up until one hour before the scheduled start time, or before your Papa Pal is en route.
